About the blog and me

So about the blog. I have chosen the name because it represents something familiar and cosy.
Drinking a nice hot cup of tea upon arriving home or just so because you are thirsty for something with any taste you may prefer...

As for me my all time favourite would be peppermint. Although I surely do like other herbal ones too and sometimes a bit of greentea.

As for Fairytales. I basically have always loved the stories and yes I am aware that while there are mild light versions and stories... many also have a darker side. Still life has as many random aspects as well. Don't worry I am actually not too cruel and while I surely love daydreaming and everything beatiful in the world. I also am down to earth on the important things in life... Or at least I try to be

The browser url maerchentee is basically Märchen Tee. Where Märchen is the German word for fairy and folk tales, and Tee is simply tea.
I like German... I am actually in fact also a German young lady next to being a Dutch young lady. Both cultures and countries are mine, and feel like home. Both languages are my first... Although growing up and living is done in the Netherlands so my Dutch has gotten a little bit better. Still in all I know this part of Europe is my home... Eventhoug I absolutely do dislike the winters up here!

I have decided to write my blog in English because as my second-to-third language (can I call it that?) I feel like I can reach more people all together in the world, and I don't need to choose between my two first languages.

As for really writing a big section about me... I have decided against that. Just read along and get to know me. I am still working on the 1000 questions thing.

One side note before I finish writing for this section. I still have to learn about blogger and I hope to make it look all a bit nicer and more personal. Still this will take a little while. So until then...
